“Multi-site job advertising with flexible CPA
Pros
I can advertise across multiple job sites without setting up each one individually and I have the flexibility to raise or lower CPA to match changing market needs.
Cons
We need more fully completed candidate applications coming through our ATS to be able to compete with Indeed's hosted quick-apply campaigns.

Hands down, the standout part for us is the customer service and support from our representatives. They always take time to walk through strategy and performance. The UKG integration runs smoothly and we've experienced minimal issues.
Cons
I've noticed that when candidates use the quick apply option, some details don't transfer over which makes it tricky for me to match Indeed's level of performance.

“Handles large job volumes efficiently
Pros
What I love most is that it actually gets the job done. It handles large volumes of job postings and meets my spending requirements without cutting corners on applicant quality. It genuinely makes my work simpler, once I'm set up and have dialed in the best titles and strategies to use, it'll deliver and support me in hitting my recruiting targets.
Cons
There aren't any major issues with the software, though I would appreciate extra capabilities like integrating paid search for Google to improve my recruiting workflow.

Pros
What stands out to me is how easy it is to adjust campaign filters and change budgets directly in the app. The support team has been great whenever I need them but honestly the layout is so clear that I rarely have to contact our account reps for help.
Cons
Regarding meeting cadence, I feel we could move to monthly or quarterly check-ins instead of bi-weekly, since the software is feasible and this would free up my time without sacrificing oversight.

“Account manager support for job posts
Pros
Another thing I really value is the support from our account manager. They were able to identify the exact Indeed hashtags we already use in our job descriptions which makes it much easier for me to sponsor posts for positions that are usually difficult to fill.
Cons
Controlling spend becomes challenging for me when managing a large number of requisitions, as a few positions can consume most of the budget I set aside for hiring.

“Time-saving recruiting platform
Pros
In my experience, this platform has saved my team a lot of time. Instead of constantly monitoring and updating job postings, they can focus more on actively recruiting. The system also keeps track of performance data and metrics for us which removes a big workload. On top of that, it helps us reach more potential candidates for roles that are typically very hard to fill.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any aspects I particularly dislike about it.

Pros
When I first started using it, I found the platform very easy to understand. The dashboard is clear, setting up campaigns didn't take long and the account management team has been very supportive whenever I had questions.
Cons

“Reliable account team with ATS integration
Pros
Because the account team is so reliable, I'm able to step back and let the platform do most of the work which is something I really need right now with how busy hiring has become. It also connects well with our ATS, so I can easily see which hires came through the platform. That makes putting together reports much easier for me.
Cons
So far, I haven't found any real faults to point out, I find the interface convenient and the tool feasible to navigate.

Pros
Connecting the platform to our HRIS was incredibly quick. All I had to do was click a button and everything was ready.
Cons
We only allocate a small slice of our budget to this tool, so we're not taking advantage of all its features yet. Personally, I don't have any complaints so far.

Pros
One thing I'm really happy about is the extra visibility it gives our company. Our brand is now appearing in front of people who might never have seen us on sites like Indeed or LinkedIn which has been great for building awareness.
Cons
We don't have a problem with the software itself but we keep receiving notices asking us to pay an invoice, even though our customer service rep keeps telling us those billing alerts are mistakes.

Pros
For me, it's a convenient way to publish job posts across multiple websites from one place. With just one action, I can reach markets that would normally be hard for me to access. It has also been very helpful for improving outreach to diverse candidates and veterans.
Cons
There were times when I had to raise the budget more than I'd planned to achieve the reach we needed but in my experience the return on investment justified the extra spend.

Pros
So far, the results have been very strong. I'm receiving a large number of candidates and the account manager along with their team has been professional and quick to respond whenever I reach out.
Cons
I've noticed that very few applicants actually make it through to onboarding and a large number of candidates don't respond or become active employees.

Pros
We rely on this platform to post jobs across multiple sites all at once. I find it brings in a high volume of applicants very quickly. It's especially useful for entry-level positions and when we're doing high-volume recruiting.
Cons
There's no way for me to include our branding which means we receive many irrelevant applications yet still cover the costs, this doesn't suit specialist or senior-level positions.

Cons
I'd prefer the report to show the Top 10 job boards instead of only the Top 3, so I can better understand the broader range of sources driving applicants.

“Market-wide vacancy exposure for clients
Pros
Being able to expose my clients' vacancies to the entire market appeals to me. I find that it really boosts the value I offer and lets me produce strong applications without charging much. I also think the interface is feasible to use, so I can easily walk a client through it.
Cons
It would be helpful for me to view candidate submissions directly inside the platform, as that would make assessing quality much easier.
