Pros
It fits well with how my organization operates. The experience feels modern and the AI features along with integrations have helped me get more done. The support team has also been quick to step in whenever I've needed help.
Cons
AI search is something I really like using and it usually performs well for me. At times, I do notice it takes a bit longer to return results but overall I still have a good experience using it for daily HR tasks.

“Complex backend integration”
Pros
The interface looks clean to me and I didn't have trouble finding my way around. The support and deployment teams have been helpful and I could tell they know what they're doing.
Cons
From a technical point of view, I sometimes find the backend setup a bit complicated, especially when trying to understand how integrations connect and how workflows are structured. It takes me some focused time to really get familiar with how everything works together.

“Employee focused no code HR !!”
Pros
What stands out for me is how focused it is on employees. I didn't need coding knowledge to get things running and implementation was simple. Whenever I needed help, the support team was there.
Cons
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with what I've built and achieved using this tool and I don't have major complaints from my side.

“good HR system”
Pros
I've found it to be stable and dependable for everyday use. It supports a lot of self-service HR tasks, especially when working alongside systems like Oracle E-Business Suite.
Cons
Some parts feel a bit limited for me when it comes to complex workflows and validation setups and I also notice restrictions in form design like placing fields more flexibly or improving certain workflow actions such as forwarding.
