Pros

What I really like is the way it connects different departments and keeps things simple across the board.

Cons

I'm not really into the stuff they offer for buying. It would've been nice to see more outdoor gear or something along those lines.

Great customer support

Pros

Customer support has been amazing. They've customized features we specifically asked for and are always easy to reach when something comes up. It really feels like they care about making the system work for our needs.

Cons

I had a few small issues while using the site and placing an order. Nothing major but still noticed.

Worth recommending

Pros

I love how it encourages a culture of appreciation. It makes celebrating both big and small wins feel natural and fun.

Cons

Reward options are good but I wish I had more freedom to personalize things. If they gave more choices or ways to make the recognition feel more personal, I think it'd make a bigger impact.

Pros

Being able to publicly recognize coworkers and increase team morale is such a cool feature. The points system and rewards marketplace are also great motivators.

Cons

The shop part of the platform could use more variety. After a while, it all starts looking kinda the same.

Cons

Staying connected is easy

Pros

It's always fun to see the cool things my coworkers are doing. I feel more involved in the company even when I'm not directly working with certain teams.

Good but pricey gifts

Pros

I love that we can earn gifts for our work. It's also helped our two locations feel more connected and build a stronger sense of team unity. It's created a more positive and motivating atmosphere across the board.

Cons

The gifts feel way overpriced for our team, given how many points they cost. You really gotta save up a lot to get anything decent.
