Compared to Time Doctor, this has been a more modern and stable option for me. Setup was quick and it runs fast. It's been reliable for keeping track of staff productivity.
Cons
One thing I personally struggle with is updating salary data in a way that only applies to future payroll without affecting past records which would make my process much cleaner.

Cons
There's no grace period in billing, so if a payment is due and it doesn't go through, access gets restricted right away. I understand why that is from a business point of view but I feel having even a short buffer would make things smoother.
