“Highly customizable tool
Pros
This tool has all the features necessary for managing employee files. Also it is fully customizable to meet our specific needs and is very easy to learn and use.
Cons
Limitation of only being able to clock in and out once per day causes problems for on-call or PRN employees especially when they have long gaps between shifts. And it would also be really helpful if the mobile app was available for Apple users as it would be great for my field staff.

I love being able to quickly check important information such as my annual leave, the leave of the staff I manage and any performance-related details.
Cons

Pros
One thing I like is the flexibility to change the language and currency settings. Also the platform is easy to set up and navigate, with a clean interface. The customer service and support are excellent too and the service improvement portal is a great resource.
Cons
Well I have suggested a few small improvements through their ideas portal.

Pros
I really like how easy it is to configure and tailor the platform to suit my company's needs. It offers a high degree of customization. Plus the ability to store documents there has made managing records much easier.
Cons
The lack of an app for users especially when it comes to tracking goals in Appogee Success and managing absence requests is an issue. Having an app that allows basic interaction would be really helpful.

“Great integration but very expensive
Pros
Well I am happy to see that it integrates with Xero Payroll and Google Workspace which is really convenient.
Cons
It is not always clear where to find certain things and it's taking some time to get the hang of it, even though I am experienced with testing new software. Also the price jumps are too steep especially when going from 10 to 11 staff.
