“Secure clinical decision HR system”
Pros
The support for clinical decision-making really stands out to me and the fact that it is HIPAA certified gives me extra confidence when using it. I was able to integrate it into our existing systems without running into major issues which made the setup process smoother for me than expected.
Cons
The patient portal UI feels a bit slow for me when patients have a long history of records and even though support has been responsive, I still haven't seen a proper fix implemented yet which makes it a bit frustrating in day-to-day use.
