“All-in-one HR management”
Pros
Using this tool, I've been able to simplify a lot of HR work since everything from time tracking to performance and learning management sits in one system that I can manage from a single view.
Cons
One limitation I run into is the lack of flexibility in customization since I can't really pick and choose only the modules I need and instead I end up seeing everything whether I use it or not which feels unnecessary for me.

“Modern easy HR platform”
Pros
The interface feels modern and clean and I didn't struggle much while getting started. There was a bit of a learning curve around the time attendance module but after that, I didn't need much guidance. Customer support was also helpful when I reached out and I like that I get access to features I couldn't find bundled in one place before.
Cons
From my side, I also notice that integrations are still missing, especially with payroll systems and job boards which I feel would make the platform much more complete for my workflow.
