Pros
For me, this tool's customization is the standout feature. I can design and deploy the HRMS platform to match my business needs and the high level of personalization makes it something I recommend.
Cons
There's nothing that I dislike about this tool. However, I'd love to see improved customer support on weekends. They're good but having round the clock support would be even better.
