“Excellent payroll

Pros

They are always ready to help me with any problem I might face or any questions that need answering. Have never had any issues with processing payroll and the reports have always been spot on.

Cons

We couldnt get in touch with a real HR person. We needed someone we could actually call but sadly email was the medium of communication. A real team you could contact would be nice.

I really appreciate how easy it is to understand and use. When your running multiple businesses its essential to have tools that simplify things. This software definitely does that for me.

Cons

Youve got to use it a few times before you master it fully but thats the case with every other software too. I dont particularly enjoy doing taxes, bookkeeping and payroll but Ive to do it anyway.

“Stay away from it!

Pros

Not saying anything positive about it. Initially they were helpful and friendly but not anymore. They mistakenly pulled payroll for one client twice and then didnt pay the taxes they took and filed returns late. Upon canceling they didnt send issue us refunds for 940s they were holding. After many complaints they claimed to have refunded the money in February while my client didnt receive anything by April. Im furious with them!

Cons

I can keep going on about the issues I had to face. They failed to make tax payments on time, didnt return funds when we ended the contract and didnt file returns on time.
