Pros
Its modern interface and simple navigation make the platform incredibly easy to use. This is the only system I've found that brings everything together like HR, Safety, eLearning, Recruitment and Contractor Management, all in one platform. It's a game changer for sure.

Pros
This software is really worth the money. For a similar price to other HR software, I get 12 modules instead of just one or two. It's packed with features and I can definitely see the value.
Cons
I just wish we had found it sooner. It's not that well known in the broader international market.
