“Good choice with minor issues
Pros
I can access everything from anywhere since it's cloud-based which is really convenient when I'm working from different locations or devices.
Cons
I haven't used this long enough to spot major issues yet but I'd suggest transitioning it fully into HR software. That would make daily operations smoother for both HR teams and employees.
