“shoutouts are fun!”

I really like how you can feel appreciated with a shoutout on the program and the best part is you actually get rewards for it!

Cons

I don't like that you can give shoutouts to everyone but they don't get points for each shoutout. Seems a bit unfair.

“its like watching my piggy bank grow”

Pros

The ability to save and stack points is good so I can cash out later. It's kind of like watching my bank account grow. Plus being able to share points with my colleagues every month is a nice touch, it adds a bit of surprise and gratitude. I also find it veryy easy to use. The email notifications I get whenever there's activity on my account make it so easy to check in. Overall it's super motivating!

Cons

The user interface could use some improvement when it comes to navigating between the company feed and your own page. A few times I got stuck in a loop trying to get back to my points page to convert them to e-gift cards.

Pros

It's so easy to use and there are lots of options when you're ready to redeem your points. I like how it separates regular points from swag points, too.

Cons

We used to get 1 extra point every time we gave 4 points but now we don't. I also don't like that you can't use your personal points to give once you run out of the company's 4 points. It'd be great if you could reload the virtual card and not lose any money when you get a new one.

I enjoy how easy it is to recognize my coworkers and send them a thank you.

Cons

There could be more rewards to choose from when redeeming your points. The options are kind of limited.

It is such an amazing website where we can all give recognition to each other plus we get to enjoy the items we can buy with our points!

No consss.. there's nothing I dislike but maybe a more detailed shipping process would be nice.

Awardco is super user-friendly! All the features make sense which is such a relief since many websites I use daily are a bit of a nightmare with defects and glitches.

Cons

Sometimes the website is down for maintenance which is totally normal but it can be a little frustrating when I want to use it and can't because of it.

Earning and redeeming rewards is so easy! I would definitely recommend this to other employers. There are so many features that make earning fun!

I love everything about it! It makes earning and collecting rewards super easy. The features they offer are great!

It feels really good to recognize someone for their hard work and dedication. And it's just as great when I get recognized for my own work too!

Maybe the amount could be a bit higher for some rewards.

In my experience it is super easy to use and integrate with our system. It's a great way to celebrate employees and their hard work. I log in every day to see what's new and customer support is always reliable too.

I don't like how there are not many cheaper items to purchase on it. Most things cost over 100 points.

It's so easy to use, you can spend your awards in just a few minutes! I love being able to recognize my coworkers when they go above and beyond and they can see it right away. I use it all the time and I've never needed to contact customer support because it's so simple! Setting it up and integrating it with our system was easy.

Cons

I have not come across any downsides so far. Everything's been great!

Wish there was an easier way to use the virtual Visa gift cards. I think they only work online and some businesses don't want to manually enter the card number because they think it's fraud. Maybe there's now an option to add it to Apple Wallet like I know you can with the Cinemark gift card but if that's available for Visa gift cards now then forget I mentioned it. :)

We get points to spend on things like gift cards or shop on Amazon. That's exactly what I've done with mine!

Cons

I don't like how hard it is to find the app to spend your points and check how many points you have.

It's always been a fun and easy way to earn extra income. There's no issue with navigation and I've never had any issues getting the rewards I've earned!

Honestly I have never had any complications and I see no downside to using it.
