“Connected peer recognition platform

Pros

Peer recognition and team appreciation feel more connected for me through the platform and it helps me collaborate better with others while also keeping communication active in real time.

Cons

Some challenges I've noticed include pricing structure concerns, unexpected cost variations, lack of price protection, initial setup complexity and occasional inconsistencies in UI/UX which can affect predictability for me when planning usage. I also feel notifications can become a bit overwhelming at times.

Using it for gift card selection is something I enjoy because I can easily find options that match what I need without any trouble.

Cons

For my usage, I sometimes find the gift card variety a bit limited and during busy periods the platform can feel slightly slower which affects my experience when demand is high.

Ease of use really stands out for me and I genuinely find it helps improve employee engagement in day-to-day work. I rarely need to contact customer support and since I haven't run into bugs or issues, it feels reliable and worth the value overall.

There's nothing negative I can really report from my side and if there ever was an issue, I would definitely mention it but overall it has been a great experience for me.

Finding what I needed was quick and simple and I also liked how clearly everything is broken down with pricing details which makes planning much easier for me.

Cons

One thing I would personally like is more opportunities to earn rewards, maybe through additional points just for being active on the platform along with what I already receive from my employer.

Pros

Using it felt smooth from the start and I enjoyed how the interface kept things engaging while also giving access to a wide range of gift cards and useful products that actually feel relevant. I also received the reward pretty quickly and setting everything up didn't create any trouble for me.

Some things felt a bit different or not fully available at first but in the end I was still able to get what I needed, so it worked out fine for me.

Step-by-step guidance made things very easy for me and having multiple options available meant I could get started and complete the process without delays.

Cons

I once had an issue where my card wouldn't add to my Apple wallet but it was resolved quickly over a short phone call which made the situation easy for me to handle.

Pros

Awardco makes everything so easy for me. It connects smoothly with the stuff we already use, there are tons of reward options and the interface is super easy to figure out. It just makes recognizing someone feel natural and impactful.

Cons

Customization options are a bit limited especially if you have very specific recognition programs. Also reporting could be simpler.

It's just so easy to use. My company gave us this new platform and it's a much better way to recognize and reward the work we all do.

This single, easy-to-use system integrates with Amazon, travel and even cash options, giving you a wide range of rewards to choose from! Plus, you get to recognize and reward your colleagues too! So no cons!!!!

I find it super user friendly no matter which side you're on. It's easy when you are giving points to a coworker and just as easy when you are the one claiming your own reward. Plus it's fast and reliable which I appreciate.

Searching on Amazon from the Awardco site was not as easy as using the regular Amazon site. That was a little frustrating.

“Honestly I Love This

Pros

So for my 25-year anniversary I was just going to pick one of the standard awards my company usually gives. But then I saw I could use Awardco to totally customize my redemption and I was intrigued. I absolutely�loved�being able to pick my own gifts and I could even double-check the reviews for stuff I was looking at! The whole experience was really fun and so easy to navigate. I honestly kept going back to the site to browse and find the ultimate combo of gifts that would use up my full balance. It was great being able to mix and match from different suppliers. I ended up getting this cool automatic skeleton diver's watch, an under-desk treadmill and a few smaller things. It was such a great experience and I am already looking forward to doing it all over again for my 30th!

Cons

Honestly I have not found many downsides. My experience has been really great overall.

Pros

My favorite part is being able to give recognition to my peers when they really go above and beyond. It feels good to give them a little something extra along with the shout-out.

Cons

I wish there were more gifs and images available to add. Also it'd be nice to have more points to give out each month since I work in a big company (not sure if that's Awardco's thing or my company's). The search engine could be a bit more flexible too.

I loved that everything was sorted into categories which made searching super easy. There's a huge selection, checkout was easy and my stuff arrived fast.

There was really nothing to dislike about it. Everything was great!

Well I like this tool because it lets me recognize my teammates for their hard work and you can send them points along with the recognition. It's cool that you can turn those points into gift cards, too.

I haven't had any issues with it so far. My experience has been all positive.

To me it's all about the ease of use and how quickly I can get things done. I'm all about simple and easy and the app is really user-friendly. I also really like all the different ways you can get your rewards. I use the app a lot and with my iPhone, I can add the reward to my Apple Wallet instantly. I shop on Amazon all the time and the rewards show up and are ready to use right away.

Cons

Only have one complaint: I tried to pay my energy bill with a gift card and couldn't do it. I'm not sure if it's an issue with their app or the rewards app. Also I think the expiration time on the points should be longer.

It is just easy for everyone in the company to use and get the hang of. It's an excellent way to make sure people feel recognized for their effort and hard work.

the emails we get from it could look a bit more attractive. They are a little plain.

I don't like that you can give shoutouts to everyone but they don't get points for each shoutout. Seems a bit unfair.

The ability to save and stack points is good so I can cash out later. It's kind of like watching my bank account grow. Plus being able to share points with my colleagues every month is a nice touch, it adds a bit of surprise and gratitude. I also find it veryy easy to use. The email notifications I get whenever there's activity on my account make it so easy to check in. Overall it's super motivating!

Cons

The user interface could use some improvement when it comes to navigating between the company feed and your own page. A few times I got stuck in a loop trying to get back to my points page to convert them to e-gift cards.

It's so easy to use and there are lots of options when you're ready to redeem your points. I like how it separates regular points from swag points, too.

Cons

We used to get 1 extra point every time we gave 4 points but now we don't. I also don't like that you can't use your personal points to give once you run out of the company's 4 points. It'd be great if you could reload the virtual card and not lose any money when you get a new one.

Wish there was an easier way to use the virtual Visa gift cards. I think they only work online and some businesses don't want to manually enter the card number because they think it's fraud. Maybe there's now an option to add it to Apple Wallet like I know you can with the Cinemark gift card but if that's available for Visa gift cards now then forget I mentioned it. :)

We get points to spend on things like gift cards or shop on Amazon. That's exactly what I've done with mine!

I don't like how hard it is to find the app to spend your points and check how many points you have.
