Responsive communication platform

Pros

Communication has been one of the strongest parts for me, since I don't usually have to follow up repeatedly and any issue I've had was handled properly without long delays.

Cons

Otherwise, I don't have much to complain about and I find the platform generally reliable and attentive when it comes to handling details.

Multi campaign staffing

Pros

Running multiple campaigns at the same time becomes much easier for me because I can book staff and monitor coverage across everything without losing control of different activities.

Cons

The interface feels a bit outdated to me and I think a more modern design would improve the overall experience.

Customizable HR workflow

Pros

Customization is something I rely on a lot and I like that different modules can be adjusted based on what my business actually needs which helps me shape the system around my workflow.

Cons

At times, the system feels a little limited when making changes so I need to be careful because adjusting one area can affect others which requires extra attention from my side.

integrated hiring tracking system

Pros

Integration went smoothly on my side and my team didn't face problems using it. Tracking candidate activity also helps me move faster when filling roles since availability details are easy to manage.

Cons

The client email feature could be improved in my opinion, even though I can see there is effort put into templates, I still feel more flexibility would help me customize things better.

cost saving HR tool

Pros

it supports both clients and internal teams well and I can see how it helps improve productivity while also saving time and reducing unnecessary costs.

Cons

I haven't really had any bad experiences so far and everything has generally worked well for me.
