Pros
The workflow improvements have been amazing! Recruiting is so much easier now. I can manage job postings, filter candidates, schedule interviews and send out offers all from one place.
Cons
The platform doesn't offer many options when trying to find candidates with specialized skills or expertise in niche fields which can be frustrating especially when you're looking for talent from specific professional communities.

“Smooth hiring process that delivers results”
Pros
I think the prequalification questions are awesome. I can screen candidates right away and go through their responses before deciding who to interview which saves me a ton of time.
Cons
User interface could definitely use some improvement. There are some really useful features hidden in there that aren't easy to find or figure out how to use.
