Pros

I rely on Belfry's real-time feature set. As it provides a wide array of tools that my scheduling coordinators and patrol operations supervisors use every day. Plus all the features are easy to use and I notice the platform delivers exceptional value compared with other combined solutions we've evaluated.

Cons

From time to time the system goes down because of unexpected outages or planned maintenance which can be a problem though these incidents don't happen often and are fixed quickly when they do. I am also aware that a few capabilities are still missing. For example fully customizable user and group access but the team is actively working on those updates.
