“Big improvement in HR data & employee benefits

Pros

It's a fantastic platform for managing the company's employee benefit packages. It gives employees more freedom to choose the suppliers and benefits they want. Most importantly, it saves HR specialists time and of course, company money. The company no longer has to buy unnecessary employee benefits and lets employees make their own choices. At the end of the month, the company receives just one bill for all employee purchases which is very helpful and time saving.

Cons

There are a few technical issues with the platform but the tech team is working quickly to resolve them. The progress since the platform was first launched has been amazing.
