“Adaptable modules
Pros
From our perspective, beqom's compensation modules are highly adaptable, the workflow operates without hiccups and everything can be customized to fit our needs. Plus we managed to deploy a global template and still have the option to enable country-specific features when required.
Cons
I'd like to see the onboarding UX simplified when I enter the platform, for example by adding deep links that take me straight to a particular mission so I don't have to navigate through several screens each time.

I have noticed that sales compensation calculations are noticeably more accurate and run much faster than before and the reporting tools are really impressive.
Cons

Pros
The platform is reliable and can process large amounts of data very quickly. Sales compensation reports are easy to use and simple to expand on our own. Plus the system's flexibility, along with great support from beqom and their implementation partner, is a real strength especially in a fast-changing compensation environment.
Cons
While the system's flexibility is a major benefit, I have found it can also make ongoing maintenance more challenging and occasionally hard to manage.

It is very flexible for managing compensation. Plus it handles changes in team structures, manages employee groups and supports complex incentive plans. It also gives everyone clear visibility and the ability to make adjustments throughout the process.
Cons
Well these are more like areas for improvement. Such as the reporting capabilities need to be expanded and I would like to see greater flexibility when designing and customizing workflows to better match our real-world processes.

I appreciate being able to handle every compensation element in one unified platform covering both C&B and SPM. Plus it gives me clear visibility and self-service tools for all stakeholders. I also value the simulation tools that let me test how plan tweaks or rule changes affect outcomes. The cloud-based model adds flexibility, speeds time-to-market and boosts performance and security.

Though I know mobile access is planned but as per me other than that it still needs more work.

Beqom is a purpose-built tool for managing sales performance and compensation and it really stands out for its flexibility. Plus it adapts well to almost any business need whether the organization is large or small. In my experience, it scales well, the interface is user-friendly and there is always a dedicated team available to work directly with customers. Also the platform is built in modules, so users only get access to what they actually need. I also appreciate that it invests heavily in security. Moreover their team has over five years of experience in sales performance and HR tools which makes integrating the system with other platforms much easier.
Cons
I've noticed that it can feel overly complex in certain areas but from my view much of that complexity comes from how individual companies configure the product for their own needs. There are strong rivals in this market, yet I still see many customers opting for it instead of comparable applications.

The software gives me full flexibility to manage sales exceptions and complex business rules. The team is also very responsive and provides excellent customer service.
Cons
That extra flexibility comes with a trade-off as I noticed a longer setup time and had to arrange more training for our system admin.
