Employee engagement topics like appreciation and communication feel more visible for me now and I can see how it encourages better relationships across teams instead of leaving these areas overlooked.
Cons
I feel that adding a more focused module around workplace bullying or related training would improve the platform for me since that's something I would like to see addressed more directly.
