Goal aligned performance system

Pros

Using multiple tools like objectives, feedback, conversations and recognition has helped me align work with both personal and company goals and I find the admin setup and updates easy to manage. I also value the dashboards and the support I've received especially when learning new features. The integration with Slack has also improved engagement for me and tools like the org chart make navigation easier.

Cons

Some parts of the system feel a bit clunky for me especially feedback-related features and I often need workarounds to get things done the way I need. I also find that notifications and on-screen guidance are not always customizable which sometimes creates confusion in my usage.

Simple goal tracking

Pros

Goal tracking is something I use regularly and I like how I can connect my personal objectives with team or company goals depending on what I need at the time.

Cons

The help resources are something I don't find very strong in my experience and I feel the training materials could be improved for better learning support.

Responsive evolving support !

Pros

Customer support has been something I truly value since even when things aren't perfect, I've seen consistent effort to improve the system and support our needs as both products and processes evolve together.

Cons

Reporting is another area where I face challenges, since I often need to pull multiple separate reports and manually combine them to get basic insights which adds extra work for me. The recognition feature also feels limited in my experience, to the point where some teams have started using other tools due to lack of functionality.
