“Automated HR lifecycle system”
Pros
Working with it has taken a lot of pressure off my organization because I can manage everything from hiring to retirement in one automated flow which saves me a lot of time and manual effort.
Cons
At this point, I don't find anything negative about the product and it generally covers all HR stages well for my needs.
