“Connected HR workflow
Pros
Working with it feels like managing one connected system where all HR modules are linked and I can clearly follow workflows, responsibilities and organizational processes. I also find the recruitment and project management features especially useful since they help me understand hiring costs and project-level expenses in a clearer way. The mobile app also supports daily operations, communication and tracking tasks which I use regularly. Setup was smooth for me due to strong implementation support and migrating data didn't feel complicated.
Cons
Some parts of the interface, like color choices or validation messages, could be improved in my opinion since they don't always feel consistent.
