Pros
Recruitment becomes more efficient for me because AI features like resume parsing, candidate matching and scoring reduce manual effort and help me move faster in hiring decisions while keeping everything organized.
Cons
At the beginning, I did need some time to understand certain features but once I got familiar with the system, things became much easier for me to handle.

Pros
The interface stays clean and easy for me to work with on a daily basis and I can adjust workflows based on different hiring needs. Candidate tracking is more structured and whenever I need help, the support team responds without delay.
Cons
Even though some advanced features took time for me to learn during setup, the workflow became smooth after I adjusted to the platform.
