Pros
It's really easy to use and the scheduling features work just the way I need them to. The interface isn't too complicated, so it makes my daily tasks so much smoother.
Cons
The sales forecasting feature could really use some improvement. It takes way longer than it should, what should take about 15 minutes ends up being a daily task.

Pros
What stands out the most is how efficient it is and it's so user friendly. Plus, it integrates perfectly with our current systems.
Cons
Interface feels awkward to use and looks kind of outdated. I sometimes wish it had more advanced features because it feels too basic for some of the more complex tasks.

The whole process was handled by an amazing team. They've been fantastic to work with and they really understand our business needs and expectations.

“Simple Solution with Automation
Pros
I really love how the time tracking handles shifts and breaks without any trouble. It's made monitoring employee hours way easier and the labor cost breakdown feature is exactly what I need for budgeting. The WRC break entitlements are automatically calculated which saves me so much time. It's all right there in one place. Plus, the document storage is awesome. It's become my go to place for managing pretty much all HR functions without having to switch between systems.
Cons
It's difficult to use and I wish some of the features I need were already included. On the bright side, they're always adding new features and rolling out updates regularly. Support is only available during weekdays but they have a ton of helpful documentation to guide you through any problems.

Pros
Scheduling is simple because everything stays organized automatically. Getting time cards and attendance data for payroll is easy and having all the info in one place really helps organise my workflow.
Cons
It doesn't automatically calculate target hours when I enter my forecast data, so I have to do the math manually every time.

Pros
I found everything I needed for managing staff right here in one spot. Creating schedules and handling employee vacation requests became so smooth and stress free.
Cons
The employee app went through a phase where they were updating and changing the interface pretty frequently but that seems to have settled down now.
