“Full featured HR platform

Pros

Besides making our HR work more efficient, it also helped improve how we communicate inside the team. The announcements and alerts made everything more open and clear. Also, having e signatures for documents was super useful. Support has always been quick to respond too.

Cons

One thing I'd like to see improved is being able to customize how the attendance tracking is set up. Just having more control over that would make a big difference.

The software's packed with useful features and their consultants have been amazing. They really helped with both setup and ongoing support, couldn't have asked for better help.

Honestly, I haven't had any bad experiences. Everything's worked pretty well for me and I'm happy with how things have gone so far.

What I've liked most about Bizneo HR is how clean and simple the interface is, it makes navigating everything easy. It's super helpful having all the HR stuff like time off requests and absences in one place. It saves time and keeps things way more organized.

Overall I'm good with it but what's bugged me a bit is how some parts take a while to load. And when I first started, a few things were kinda confusing to figure out.

It's a super easy to use app for me. It makes it really simple and fast to track hours and manage the annual calendar without any difficulty.

The app's messed up on me a few times. There've been moments where it just wouldn't open or it crashed out of nowhere.

I love that I can use it from anywhere and it works flawlessly. I have never used an app for clocking in before and honestly, it's been a great experience.

Nothing major to complain about but back when we were just getting started, we had a tough time getting people logged in with their usernames and passwords. It caused some delays in starting the workday.

Honestly? Nothing really bothers me. There's a suggestion box where we can drop ideas for things we'd like to see improved and for now, that feels more than enough.

It's easy to use and I find the bulletin feature especially helpful for staying on top of important updates.

Every now and then, when I go to log out, the system lags a bit. It's not a huge deal, just kinda annoying when you're in a rush.

It's really user friendly and smart. The modules cover a lot of what our HR team needs plus the performance review tool and goal tracking have both been super helpful for our company.

We'd love it if we could be the ones to make our own announcements and shout outs for birthdays and work anniversaries. Would be cool to add that personal touch ourselves.

In the beginning, setting up users took a lot of manual work. It wasn't hard, just kinda tiring and made the whole setup take longer than we expected.

I really think there should be a way to get into the app and clock in even if you're offline. Sometimes internet isn't great and it messes with your ability to check in.
