“Excellent software with responsive support
Pros
I really like how lightweight and simple this is. The satisfaction surveys are quick and straight to the point without wasting time. What impresses me most is how detailed and sharp the managerial analysis is. Right now, I'm only using the basic module, but I'm excited to explore what else it can do. Honestly, it's become addictive to use, so useful and efficient.
Cons
The language support wasn't fully available when I first started using it, but the team added what I needed within a week. They were very responsive, though waiting for basic language features at the start was a little inconvenient.

Pros
Answering the questions is simple and doesn't take much effort, yet it has made a huge difference in our team dynamics.
Cons
I heard they didn't have all languages at first, but they can add them quickly if needed. Other than that, there's really nothing to dislike.

“Best for employee engagement
Pros
The features are really useful and easy to use. What I appreciate most is the managerial advice that helps us improve team engagement and make better decisions when handling employee issues.
Cons
The only downside for me is that the company is based in France, which made face-to-face meetings difficult. We managed to sort everything out remotely without problems, but it was still a challenge at first.

Pros
I find it easy to use and visually appealing. The reporting features are amazing, and our managers love them. The 360� feedback tool has helped team members gain better self-awareness and identify areas for improvement. The support team is always responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
There were a few glitches in the beginning, but everything's running smoothly now. Honestly, I can't think of any major downsides.
