“Easy setup HR platform
Pros
Easy setup is something I really appreciated from the beginning and I also found it very simple to start using right away. Customer support has been strong in my experience and I can see the product keeps improving over time which adds more value for me.
Cons
Some requests take a bit longer to process in my experience, mainly because it feels like there aren't always enough developers available to handle everything quickly which can slow down delivery at times.

“All in one communication!
Pros
What started as just an internal communication tool has now grown into something much more useful for me. I can easily stay connected with colleagues in different locations and share updates without delays. Over time, I've seen it expand into e-learning and intranet features which I now use regularly. I also like that I can access video libraries, join private or public groups, take part in chats, polls and tests and even share media like images and videos. Setting target groups makes communication more focused for me and I can also create events when needed. Whenever I run into issues, support responds quickly and I can personalize the platform with branding elements. I also look forward to using more features like the webshop and performance tools in the future. It's become more of a community space for me where people stay active and share ideas.
Cons
I've also noticed that a few functions don't always work perfectly so there are moments where things feel slightly inconsistent for me.

Since I started using it, internal communication has become much easier for me, especially when sharing updates with teams in different locations. It has also helped improve communication with blue-collar employees which used to be more difficult before. I find it very helpful that content can automatically appear in different languages for employees who need it. Many people on my team actively share updates and experiences and I've also noticed more engagement through learning materials and tests that can be accessed anytime. Recognition features like thank-you cards are used quite often in my workplace and I've also received strong onboarding support. Even during setup, I had helpful guidance and ongoing resources like news updates and tutorial videos continue to support me. It has kept our team more engaged and active in sharing content.

What stands out to me the most is the support team since I can always reach someone quickly when needed and the guidance feels consistent and reliable. I also find it motivating to work with people who are creative and supportive in solving issues.

Over time, I've seen more features get added and I've been able to gradually use more parts of the platform as our organization grew. We started with basic communication tools but now I'm also involved in integrating HR solutions, communication systems and internal processes all in one place.
