Pros
Navigation feels well organized and I can easily find what I need without wasting time which makes my daily work smoother.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that sometimes when I try to add a contract or extension, the system shows a duplicate candidate ID error so I have to retry with different IDs to get it saved properly.

For recruitment use, I've found it fast and structured, especially when handling large volumes of candidates. Customer support has also been helpful whenever I needed assistance and I feel the system fits well for staffing agencies and recruitment-focused teams.
Cons
There are also times when uploaded documents don't save correctly which forces me to re-upload everything again and that can feel a bit repetitive and time-consuming.
