Daily task list keeps us organized

Pros

My task list is the first thing I check every day and for that it's my go-to tool. I use it like a diary to track what needs to be done by certain dates and it really helps keep my work flowing smoothly.

Cons

What bothers me is the extra cost to add more staff. I think up to three users should be included in the original monthly fee.

Pros

Its interface is very user-friendly as it keeps our practice running smoothly and helps create a great experience for clients.

Cons

helps us organize tasks

Pros

We love how it organizes tasks into daily, weekly and monthly work to lists which overall gives us a clear set of jobs to focus on.

Cons

Invoicing is the one feature we are looking forward to seeing being mature and improve.

Deadline management with simple approvals

Pros

I really like the deadline management, the way I can interact with clients through the portal and how simple approving documents is. I mean those are just a few features that make this tool genuinely useful.

Cons

For now I still have to rely on accountants and separate tax software to prepare accounts and tax returns and I can only imagine how amazing this would be if they developed integrated software to handle all of that too. I mean literally a dream!

Past payslips with email notifications

Pros

From my perspective, it is excellent. As I can access past payslips whenever I need which is really helpful. I also like getting email notifications.

Cons

The server is really slow when I log in and it takes a long time to switch between pages or download documents which is frustrating.

Works fine after initial setup

Pros

This tool works fine. I use it to track holidays and hours, keep pay rates organized and stay compliant with tax rules.

Cons

At first connecting it to Bizimply was a bit tricky as I had trouble with the setup. But I have since fixed the issue and now everything runs well.
