Looks great and has everything I need

Pros

What I really like is how easy it is to use. The design is clean and getting started as a new user was super smooth. The talent management and onboarding features are also really impressive. Theyre crucial for any company, and it's clear that a lot of thought was put into them

Cons

I've got no complaints. Compared to the other software I used before, this one's been a solid experience. If I had to suggest something, it'd be to add more language options. That would really help with bringing teams together across different countries and cultures.

Perfect HR setup for growing teams

Pros

I've been using it for over a year now. Before this, I worked with bigger companies that used systems like Workday and Workable. Honestly, it surprised me in a good way. It gives us similar features but it's way simpler and just fits better for mid sized companies like ours. We run our entire recruitment through this tool now and it saves us a ton of time picking the right candidates and managing the whole hiring process. Also, it's way more affordable compared to other tools out there. Since we have around 200 employees, we can't afford to spend $20K a year on an ATS and HR software, it gives us what we need without blowing the budget.

Cons

Since we're planning to expand internationally, it'd be very helpful if BrioHR supported more languages, Spanish would be a great start.

The perfect choice for HR work

Pros

This is the first solution I've used that feels like it really gets what a modern, people focused company needs. It's not just about being simple and it actually performs really well too.

Cons

There's always room to make things better and I like that the BrioHR team gets that. They keep us in the loop with their roadmap and share updates regularly.

All in one solution

Pros

The real time analytics are super useful for our HR team. They help us make smart decisions about training and retention, which just makes things run smoother overall. On top of that, the customization options are awesome. I can tweak workflows, forms, fields and reports however we need which means we've basically shaped the whole system around how our company works.

Cons

A couple of things come to mind, first, integrating Brio with other tools already in place can be tricky and might take some extra development. Also I wish the payroll feature was available in more countries, not just a few selected ones.

Awesome HR tool

Pros

It's easy to handle, looks modern, totally worth the price and having access to their developer has been a big plus too.

Cons

It works well overall but I do wish the homepage felt a bit more like a company social feed, something where we could easily share updates or team news. Some of that functionality is already there, so it wouldn't take much to build on it.

A very handy software!

Pros

I've usually got way too much going on, so planning holidays used to be a mess. But BrioHR's leave module made things so easy. It's very user friendly and I could request time off without any stress. I really liked the calendar view where I could check my team's pending and approved leave, so I didn't mess up any schedules. It also kept me updated with my leave balance in real time which made planning even smoother. I even loved that I could set recurring leave for future trips. Because of this, I was able to plan a trip to Langkawi without worrying about back and forth approvals. If you're a busy professional, this tool is a lifesaver.

Cons

Nothing major to point out. It's been a smooth ride using this software so far.

User friendly solution

Pros

I work in customer service and for me, having a simple leave system is really important. I've been using BrioHR's leave app for a few months now and I genuinely love how it works. It's easy to use and everything's laid out clearly. Submitting leave requests takes seconds and it even keeps track of my balances and sends me notifications when leave gets approved or denied. Seriously this tool has saved me time and made leave planning stress free. I totally recommend it.

Totally fixed our leave tracking mess

Pros

I'm in the legal field and honestly, having a solid leave tracking tool is a big deal. I've been using their app for the past year and it's been a game changer. Support team is the best

Pros

I've been using this platform's timesheet module to track time for legal projects and it's been very helpful. The way it connects with their HR system makes managing time and attendance really smooth. Happy with how it's working for us

Pros

The interface is clean and simple which I appreciate a lot. I also like that it's customizable, so we've been able to shape it around how we hire. Scheduling interviews and sending automated emails through it has cut down so much admin work. It's definitely made hiring smoother and more efficient for us and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their recruitment workflow.
