Pros

What I love most is how easy it is to reward my coworkers for a job well done..it makes recognition feel natural and effortless. The software is so simple to use which means I can actually focus on appreciating people instead of figuring out how the tool works. It's honestly made showing gratitude a regular part of our team culture.

I don't like that there's not just one app for logging in.

I really like that I can redeem rewards for doing something extraordinary as it adds a fun and meaningful layer to recognition. It's a great way to keep everyone motivated and inspired knowing that going the extra mile actually gets noticed and celebrated.

What I really enjoy is giving points to my coworkers. It's such a simple way to show appreciation and boost team morale. They get to collect points and redeem them and I get to save points too so it truly feels like a win-win for everyone.

Loveee the variety of gifts and gift cards and how quickly they get delivered. Plus it's awesome how we can recognize employees for doing a great job. It's super easy to use and there are so many cool features for employees to enjoy.

The only thing I wish could be different is if the gift or gift card I'm trying to redeem costs more points than I have. I wish I could pay the remaining amount with my debit card. I was just a few points short of getting a gift I really wanted and I wish I could've paid the balance with my debit card.

Rewards are amazing and the website is really easy to use. My favorite part is the gift cards which I use every month. Plus customer support is super helpful whenever I need it.

It would be nice if there was a section to give ourselves a pat on the back for our efforts.

This program really gives us a chance to recognize and appreciate our coworkers for their hard work. It's great that the whole company can see the recognition and offer their feedback. And on top of that you earn points for doing a great job which is a big motivator to go above and beyond!

Since I work virtually I don't always get the chance to personally thank my coworkers for the great work they do. Bucketlist makes it so easy to say thank you and who does not love receiving rewards and gift cards?

There are lots of gift card redemption options and the whole process is really simple. It's also a great way to recognize others or be recognized yourself. I love reading the feed even when it's coworkers I don't know personally.... it feels good to see people appreciated.

Not much. Maybe just the amount of points it takes to redeem rewards is a bit much. I'd like it if there was a bit more value for the gift cards.

Using the app was super easy and I didn't waste much time figuring out how to use it. It's nice to get rewarded for doing the little things we do every day for our patients. I hope we can keep spreading those good vibes with our coworkers because it's good for our mental health. Thanks Bucketlist!

It's super easy to use and a great way to appreciate my coworkers. It's a nice way to provide a little extra benefit to coworkers for doing a great job or making a difference whether for a patient or the team. It's positive reinforcement that motivates everyone to keep doing their best.

I wish we had more points to give each month. But I think that might be set by the individual facility so it might not be a rule from it itself.

Love the variety of rewards. There were so many to choose from and in different price ranges. It was easy to use and I got my reward within 10 minutes of selecting my gift card. I even used it as a gift for a friend and she had no trouble redeeming it. I'll definitely use this for holidays and birthdays!

Cons

Integrating the reward with my phone was not the smoothest experience but that was mostly because it came to my work email. If they ever release an app I'd consider using that instead of the web version for easier access.
