Really happy with how it all worked

Pros

The customer service was seriously amazing. I got quick answers to all my questions and the team guided me every step of the way. It felt very supported the whole time.

Cons

A bunch of our leaders were frustrated because the system would time out while they were in the middle of writing a review. It caused a lot of headaches when their work just disappeared. We had already shared this feedback with the customer service team we've been working with. To avoid losing everything, we started drafting reviews in Word first and then copying them over, kind of a workaround but it helped.

How Bullseye worked for Emory

Pros

What really stood out to me were the features, the variety of services and how helpful the support team was. Everything just works really well together.

Cons

It took us a while to get everything set up and running smoothly but I guess that's fair since our organization is pretty complex. That said, the support team really helped us work through the bumps and that made a big difference.

DIR tool worked well for workforce planning

Pros

I love that I can create multiple competency models and link them to specific job titles. Sure, it takes a bit of effort but it's so effective and worth the time.

Cons

Not a lot to complain about. But if I had to pick something, I think simplifying the appraisal process would be helpful. Sometimes it feels like there are just too many options and it gets a bit overwhelming.

My go to for employee tracking

Pros

I've been using this app for the past six months and honestly, it's better than any other tool I've tried. The interface is easy and unique and it handles all my tasks perfectly. It's also spot-on with calculations and way more affordable than most tools out there.

Cons

So far I haven't come across any downsides with this tool. Everything's been working great on my end.

Pros

This tool comes packed with features for managing performance and the support team is next level. They made the setup and training process smooth and simple. They're always available, very responsive and honestly go above and beyond. Plus, you can customize the software however you need for your organization.

Cons

It was a little tricky at first trying to figure out where everything was and how to complete certain tasks. But once I got the hang of it, everything started making sense and it's been smooth since then.

Minor bugs but nothing major

Pros

A lot of the system feels pretty interactive which I appreciate. It's easy to find the info I need and it really helps manage talent over the long term. You can tweak a few things here and there too and the support team is great about listening to suggestions.

Cons

Some features don't really work as expected and the tutorial videos don't cover everything I needed. A few things felt confusing like getting notifications that don't link anywhere or trying to find the comment and communication pages which are hidden.

Friendly tool with great help when needed

Pros

It's very user friendly and I love that it has tutorial videos for when I'm not sure how to use something. That helped a ton! Also, there are so many different features to explore and it's really flexible.

Cons

I just wish every feature had its own tutorial video. The ones that are there are helpful but I definitely could've used a few more for the features that weren't covered.

Pros

The thing I liked the most is how the visuals and layout make everything easy to use. The graphics make a big difference in usability.

Cons

Going between profiles isn't as smooth as I'd like. It feels a little difficult and could definitely use some improvement.

It's easy to use and the client support team is always there to help out. They're open to feedback and really listen to what clients need as their systems evolve. That kind of openness makes a huge difference.

Cons

I'd really like to see more integration with HCM and L&D systems. That kind of connectivity would make things even better.
