“Good tool with mixed results

Pros

I really love how easy it is to manage my shifts and handle time off requests straight from the app. Being able to plan my schedule and submit vacation requests so easily has made organizing my personal life way smoother,and I can focus better on getting work done.

Cons

It took me weeks and extra training to get the hang of everything. Plus, when our input data wasn't up to date or had errors, the whole system's performance really dropped and it hurt its business value.

Pros

I've found the employee scheduling tools to be incredibly helpful in my role. I can easily create schedules that balance patient demand, staff availability, and regulatory needs. It's great because it ensures our healthcare facility is always properly staffed without running up unnecessary labor costs.

Cons

There was a lot of pushback from the staff since our team was so used to the old manual scheduling process. Getting everyone comfortable with switching to a digital system took longer than expected and some employees are still a bit hesitant to fully get on board.

“Streamlined Scheduling and Time Management

Pros

The interface is very interactive and I got the hang of it right away. Tracking hours for my remote team is so easy and scheduling and managing time off is really simple.

Cons

The team view for managers can get confusing unless you customize it first and it's not very simple right out of the box. But once you bookmark everything, it works much better.
