Real time workforce management system

Pros

Having payroll, HR and time management connected in one platform is something I really value because it helps me manage workforce tasks more efficiently in real time.

Cons

At times, I find the system a bit complicated especially when I try to generate reports or locate specific features which slows me down.

Unified payroll :)

Pros

What I find most useful is how everything is unified, since HR, payroll, scheduling and workforce management all work together and I can see real-time payroll updates that reduce errors and improve accuracy for me.

Cons

Getting started wasn't very easy for me and I did experience a learning curve. Some features didn't feel very simple and I also felt customer support response time could be slower when dealing with more complex issues.

All-in-one HR and payroll management

Pros

Managing HR, payroll, scheduling and time tracking in one place has made my work more consistent and I can access real-time data across different areas without switching systems.

Cons

In my experience, certain tasks require multiple steps which makes the system feel a bit complex, especially when using advanced features.

All in one workforce platform

Pros

From my side, being able to manage payroll, HR and training in one platform has reduced the need for multiple tools and I can also monitor different locations easily whenever I need to.

Cons

Setup also required a lot of effort from my side, including dedicated time and user training. I think it would have helped if more built-in training resources were provided during rollout instead of relying mostly on internal efforts.

Simple HR tracking

Pros

Daily use feels simple for me because everything is in one system and I can track working hours, leave balances and benefits without confusion. I also like being able to see all employee benefits in one place which helps me stay updated.

Cons

One limitation I notice is that employees can't easily view monthly accumulation of leave balances like sick or vacation time and accessing past records also feels a bit inconvenient since I need to go through multiple lists.

Easy time off management

Pros

Setting favorites and quickly checking time balances is something I personally use a lot and requesting time off feels very easy for me.

Cons

I've also faced situations where clock-in or meal break entries didn't register properly and checking real-time reporting for the current day isn't very easy for me which also makes correcting discrepancies harder than expected.

Powerful HR system with complexity

Pros

My experience with the platform has been mostly positive, especially because it combines payroll, HR and workforce management into one system which saves me time and reduces manual work. Real-time updates and automation help improve accuracy for me, although I do find it a bit complex at times and it takes effort to learn all features properly. Reporting and navigation could be easier in some areas but overall I still find it powerful and useful for managing large HR operations.

Cons

I haven't experienced any major issues and overall the system has worked consistently without problems.

Limited scalability HR

Pros

At the beginning, it worked well for setting up basic company needs but as the organization grew, I felt it didn't scale as well for all requirements, so I see it more suitable for smaller setups in my experience.

Cons

In earlier use cases, I felt the software was quite basic for payroll and attendance and as the organization grew, it didn't fully scale with more advanced compliance and automation needs like recruiting or performance management.

Simple employee self service !

Pros

Using it feels easy for me because I can see all my work-related information in one place and make changes whenever needed without depending too much on others.

Cons

Sometimes I face small login issues with PingOne, although most of the time it works fine for me.

Connected payroll HR !

Pros

Time tracking, payroll, tax handling and leave requests are all things I manage through it and it keeps everything connected in one system for me.

Cons

During updates or occasional glitches, access can become difficult for me but I do appreciate that support usually gives advance notice so I can plan around it.
