Pros

The interface feels modern and clean, plus their support team responds quickly when I need help. Would be great if more features are added.

Cons

The system feels pretty early in development and struggles with more complicated HR scenarios. Attendance tracking is particularly tricky.

“They certainly know what they're doing

Pros

I really appreciate how well this platform handles payroll, HR management, and time tracking. They clearly know what they're doing in these areas. Being completely cloud-based saves me time and having all my data stored online means I don't have to deal with stacks of physical paperwork anymore.

Cons

The interface feels pretty outdated and could really use a refresh to make it more appealing.

“User friendly and has a mobile app

Pros

Honestly, I'm really impressed with how easy this is to use. The layout is clean and I didnt need a manual to figure it out. It just makes sense. And having a solid mobile app is a massive plus. It means I can actually get things done whether I'm at my desk or out and about. Really smooth experience all around.

Cons

It can use a dashboard overhaul. Doesn't look very modern.

“Convenient HR and payroll software

Pros

It integrates well with CertiPay Payroll, having payroll and HR functions in one place is very convenient! No more jumping between multiple systems throughout the day. It covers all the essential features I need, and the reporting capabilities are outstanding.

Cons

Although it handles what I need it to do, I don't like the interface. Seems very old.
