“Efficient sales management tool

Pros

Using it internally has been a great experience for us. It helps me manage consultants, their competencies and our sales pipeline easily. The platform feels simple and easy to administer.

Cons

The CRM tool doesn't feel like this platform's main strength to me and I can see room for improvement compared to dedicated CRM platforms. Still, I really appreciate having everything together on one platform, it keeps my workflow smooth.

I find it a great way to map out company skills and competencies. Working with my team, I can build tailored CVs and profiles that strengthen our service pitches to clients.

Cons

So far, I haven't run into any issues using it and I find the overall user experience clean and reliable.

All my experiences have been positive, though I do wish the system explained what went wrong whenever an error occurred.
