“Time-saving and customizable tool

I'm completely comfortable with how simple the platform is. It makes processing applications so much faster. Plus being able to customize each campaign individually means I can tailor everything without extra effort.

Cons

I've noticed the video feature isn't necessarily well-received by everyone and can make some candidates uncomfortable.

What's great is the product's originality, it's both innovative and contemporary and it fits well with our digitalisation strategy. I find it easy to use day to day and the team received great support during the integration.

From my experience, all of Meteojob's features have a positive impact on the day-to-day activities of our recruiting team. I found the Visiotalent tool to be particularly well-liked during the free trial we used and HR Match also seems very promising based on what I was able to explore in a demo version.

So far everything has been going very smoothly for me and I don't have anything to flag or report at this time!

I've saved a lot of time when pre-screening candidates and I find the platform provides an innovative candidate experience, I can personalize it with video questions, written prompts and online quizzes.

From my very first interaction, I liked Visiotalent and I notice it lets us assess profiles quickly and accurately, adding soft-skill elements that otherwise require in-person evaluation, I absolutely recommend it.

The original version is French and sometimes I've noticed that some content isn't translated into Italian.

The attractive ergonomics really appeal to me and I find using it extremely easy with excellent support.

Two main benefits stand out for me: on the candidate side, I observe consistently high satisfaction with the system's usability and interface and on the management side, I find it organizes selection campaigns efficiently while remaining easy to adopt for daily use.

Overall the product is easy to use in every respect so I didn't find any problems while using the software and haven't found usability issues to report.

When I'm searching for candidates I notice there is very little visible information displayed about applicants and I frequently have to click into each profile just to learn more.

One thing I appreciate is the platform's responsiveness and I observe it matches open positions with candidates in the CV database efficiently.

I've noticed that for saved searches there is a real lack of visibility and I feel having instant statistics showing how many CVs have been viewed would be very useful when I need to justify searches to different managers.

For me the product is really easy to use and very convenient and I find the Clerver Connect team handled configuration beforehand so I can access useful statistics.

Occasionally the software pulls listings from other job boards and customizes them which sometimes leads to mistakes like incorrect locations or job titles and I notice this occasionally.

I'm very happy with it's flawless implementation service and I observe there are numerous options to configure the tool to match my requirements.

There were so many configuration choices that I had to weigh a lot before I even got started.

We use it to share job openings across a range of social media platforms and we've connected it to our ATS so tracking referrals is easy. When a referral results in a hire, we can have our Shared Service Center process the referral bonus payout and we also rely on the built-in reports for our HR analytics needs.

Referrals don't show up immediately in our ATS. I see they take some time to appear and I'm currently addressing that delay with our integration team.
