“Simple tool with limited integration options

Pros

The calendar updates automatically and resetting the password is fast and easy.

Cons

Well the system automatically downloads to the computer you are using. However if you are not using the full package, there is no integration with vacation tracking or days off. Additionally the reports don't meet our needs at all.

“Great for small teams, does the job

Pros

I like how simple and well-organized it is. Also the simplicity and ease of use stand out.

Cons

Overall I don't have much to say. The software simply works for us. We are a small company with modest needs and this has been great for our purposes.

“User-friendly software

Pros

Cloud9 is user-friendly and almost foolproof. All the onboarding steps are in one place, guiding employees through the process. For my HR Coordinators it's also step by step, making training very easy. Overall this really boosts our ability to assist employees since there is no confusion about what needs to be done.

Cons

It would be great if the software could automatically email paystubs to employees. And I feel like if an app where employees can view their profiles and paystubs would also be a nice addition.

“Easy setup but lacking recurring deduction options

Pros

The easy onboarding process, the ability to set up and manage direct deposits and the variety of available reports are major benefits I noticed using this tool.

Cons

As an admin I don't like that I cannot enter my own reimbursements or permanent expenses, nor can I set up recurring deductions. While I understand the need for security but I dislike how frequently I have to change my password.

“Easy to use with great support

Pros

I really enjoy how easy this product is to use and understand. The migration process was seamless too and the PDR team is always ready to assist when needed.

Cons

To be honest don't think anything is missing. My only questions typically arise when we have new hires but those situations are rare. Thankfully I can always get the help I need.

“Excellent customer service

Pros

Cloud9HR customer service is excellent. And once we understand the tool, navigating the platform becomes really easy too.

Cons

It can be a bit confusing sometimes unless someone guides us through it a little.
