“good choice for global payroll

Pros

I love having a single, cohesive view of global payroll. The analytics and reporting are rich and I can actually dig into the data in a meaningful way.

Cons

It's definitely pricier than standard payroll but I guess you're paying for centralization and lower compliance risk. Still I think they could do a better job sharing deployment best practices for certain countries. Also Cloudpay can only integrate with certain master data fields from your HCM so sometimes we have to find workarounds.

“Handy tool for multi-region coverage

Pros

There's a lot I appreciate here. Integration with Workday is solid. Dedicated PMs, great training academy, support for multiple countries and languages. They really know local labor laws too. Plus the tool itself is interactive, reporting is flexible and implementation was surprisingly fast.

Cons

Not a ton of flexibility here, customization requests take forever and even the payroll calendar feels rigid. Also yeah definitely not the cheapest kid on the block.

“Powerful tool (UI could be better)

Pros

This thing is seriously powerful. And the fact that it integrates officially with WorkDay? Huge.

Cons

The interface is very outdated if I am being honest.
