“I can't believe it took this long!”
Pros
I've been searching for a solution like this for ages. Client onboarding is the most challenging aspect of scaling our business as we specialize in advanced Google Ads management. I had been using formstack portals, but it proved to be a half baked product causing as many problems as it solved. Clust on the other hand is user friendly, intuitive and understands the importance of supporting incremental information submission, allowing both users and admins to monitor progress. It's also feature-rich and highly customizable, with the ability to create conditional logic.
Cons
Currently, it's not possible to edit conditional logic in bulk so for a lengthy form, you have to set the logic manually. However, they are very open to feedback and have already made numerous updates in the short time I have been a customer.

Pros
Clust simplifies the process of creating client onboarding process. Everything happened with this software more effectively than any other tool I have experimented with.
Cons
I wish Clust had a different name but since they offer white labeling, it is not a problem.

“Makes onboarding a lot easier”
Pros
I like the fact that how simple it is to customize Clust to meet my specific requirements. It has made the process of onboarding clients and tracking their progress much more seamless than it was in the past.
Cons
Some of the default wording feels a bit awkward to me. I would love to have the ability to customize all the text that my clients see.

I find Clust to be quite appealing and I can see it being an incredibly efficient tool for communicating contracts and fulfilling other client needs.
Cons
It is not as intuitive as I thought in the beginning so I haven't been able to make full use of it yet.

The adaptability is great and if you use short words or phrases when creating your applications, you will not face trouble as it works effectively.

“Clust makes the hard task of collecting documents from customers easy”

If you have ever tried to collect multiple pieces of information and documents from customers, you know how time consuming and challenging it can be. It often involves numerous emails and requires a significant amount of employee time. However, Clust solves this problem. It serves as a centralized hub where customers can easily share and upload the requested information in a simple checklist format. The information is then sent to a team member for approval. Not only does it save employees time but it also presents the requested documents to customers in a user-friendly manner. In an email, a list of seven documents can appear overwhelming to customers. However, on Clust, the checklist looks approachable while maintaining a professional touch.
Cons
I would really like to have a cname option to display our own URL instead of Clust's when customers submit documents. I was informed that this feature is currently being developed. The product is already great but this further enhancement would truly set it apart.

I am very happy with the fact that you can initiate requests on your own terms and take a proactive approach to gathering the necessary documents from clients or suppliers. The overall experience is streamlined and organized for both admins and clients. The team is innovative and responsive and the concept of the tool is smart yet simple.
Cons
In the start my clients didn't receive any notifications but the support team quickly resolved that issue. Furthermore I am eagerly looking forward to seeing a mobile app in the future!

Clust has introduced a highly innovative way of working for us. Previously, we collected all client documents through a poorly designed contact form on our website and the rest of the work was done manually. However, that all changed months ago with Clust. We have completely transitioned our entire team including contractors to Clust. Furthermore as a manager, I am extremely satisfied with this product. The software is very much easy to use. You simply follow the registration steps and you are good to go. Additionally, the support team is there to assist you in exploring additional features like website modules (which we use). I have senior team members who quickly adapted to Clust and have no desire to switch to any other alternative.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing to complain about from my side. This software is very impressive and modern. If I had to mention something I do not like a bit it would be the addition for additional features that we can't wait to see live. Apart from that it gets the job done and significantly improves our efficiency.

The overall experience with Clust has been amazing for us and even our clients like it. It truly is a smart document collection app. I mainly like the option to initiate requests for supporting documents and professionally follow up on them. Furthermore there are numerous impressive features, such as APIs, online forms and reminders.
Cons
So far I haven't encountered any issues. However I will keep an eye on everything in case anything comes up over time.
