Great document collection but it could be a 5/5 software with a few improvements

Pros

I find the process of collecting documents efficient and I like the ability to personalize how my clients view them.

Cons

It would be great if there was a way to sync our Adobe account with Clustdoc which allows us to edit PDFs directly within Clustdoc without the need to re upload and re implement merge fields every time we make changes to a contract. Managing 27 different processes becomes time-consuming. As an immigration firm this feature is especially important for us as we could save a significant amount of time by adding editable merge fields (without requiring a signature, as USCIS doesn't allow e-signatures). Additionally, when adding an additional process to an existing application, the checklist and file sharing of the new process don't transfer over, and it would be beneficial if there was a way to make the new process the dominant one. Lastly, since we often handle processes for multiple family members, it would be helpful to have a way to connect family members, eliminating the need to ask the same questions repeatedly during our intake. For example, if we have a family of three (mom, dad, and child) and each person has their own application, it would be ideal if the system could automatically detect the family members and autofill their information. Finally, integrating Square for payment would be fantastic, as it is our preferred merchant.

Good file gathering but needs PDF editing sync

Pros

Gathering files from clients works well and I appreciate being able to adjust how everything looks on their end.

Cons

I really wish we could link our Adobe account directly to the platform so we could edit PDFs inside it. Right now every time we update a contract, we have to upload it again and redo all the data fields which takes hours since we have 27 different workflows. This is critical for our immigration practice because we could save so much time by adding fillable form fields that don't require a signature since USCIS doesn't accept electronic signatures.

One of my favorite pieces of technology

Pros

The combination of an intuitive concept and excellent execution is impressive. It is a white labeled product that provides building blocks for a customized and powerful onboarding process. It is robust in every aspect, and I haven't encountered many (if any) bugs so far.

Cons

There are a few minor formatting issues, particularly with number formatting that could be improved. Especially in the form building section.

Brilliant white-label intake

Pros

A brilliant idea paired with top-notch delivery. It's a white-label product that gives you the pieces to build a personalized and powerful client intake process. It's solid in every way with almost no glitches so far.

Cons

There are some small layout problems especially in the form builder like how numbers are formatted.

Easy Application Processing & Client Onboarding

Pros

The accept/reject feature for documents is extremely useful especially for web development projects. It saves us a significant amount of time and eliminates the hassle of back-and-forth emails. Additionally, the user interface is neatly organized, and the customer service is top-notch.

Cons

Pros

The feature for clients to approve or request changes on files is extremely useful. We used it for website projects and it saved us countless hours of email chains. The layout is also very clean and the support team is top-tier.

Excellent platform to onboard client, manage documents

Pros

Customers can effortlessly submit documents, fill out forms and sign legal contracts. They can also communicate and send additional documents. The inclusion of Google and other storage features, as well as payment integration, is fantastic. This has become our all-in-one CRM and document management platform.

Cons

The online form creation tool could use some improvement although they have added more features over the past year. They are also quick to respond to inquiries.

Complete client relations hub

Pros

Clients can hand in files, complete questionnaires and sign agreements. They can also send messages and extra materials. The connections with Google Drive, payment systems and other storage are just fantastic. This has become our complete system for client relations and file handling.

Cons

The tool for building online questionnaires could be stronger. They have added many new functions over the past year and their team replies very fast.

Pros

Clustdoc offers us a professional approach to onboard our clients and new employees.

Cons

Some clients have expressed concerns about electronic signatures, particularly with the verification method. They don't always receive the confirmation email containing the code immediately, which they need to enter within a set timeframe. We have also encountered issues with the e-signature form fields not aligning properly with our original design.

Pros

I had high hopes that it would help me streamline the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with a centralized portal that offers a great user experience. Unfortunately I was mistaken!

Cons

There is a lack of logic and the user experience is extremely poor. It feels less logical than software from the 1990s. What is worse is that the fill-in fields in PDF documents for e-signatures are always shifted from their intended positions. So, aside from being illogical and incomplete, it is essentially useless for e-signatures and document collection. I would advise staying away from it.

Polished client onboarding!

Pros

Gives us a polished way to bring new clients and team members into our company.

Cons

Some clients have trouble with the electronic signature process mainly with the verification step. They don't always get the code email immediately and they have to enter it before a timer runs out. We've also had problems with e-signature fields not staying where we placed them in the document.

Pros

What I love about Clustdoc is the ability to manage the entire process from start to finish, collaborate with my team and securely communicate with our clients!

Cons

The only problems I encountered were with the forms when attempting to include conditional data. However I reached out to support and they assisted me in resolving the issue!

My favorite part is managing the entire workflow from beginning to end while working with my colleagues and talking to our customers in a safe space.

Cons

Pros

There is a wide range of functionalities available to facilitate customer management. Such as creating online forms, establishing a customer portal with a personalized URL or integrating it into an existing website and tracking files 100% online. It also includes features like reviving late customers, automatic call backs, monitoring progress in file collection, online signatures (e-signatures), document recognition (e.g., identity cards), automatic conversion of client-submitted documents into PDF, tracking the status of each document (approved or refused), enabling customers to track the progress of their files online, allowing teams to collaborate with external parties (e.g., legal), accepting online payments, customizing Clust with your logo and SMTP, and much more.

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered any issues but integrating the customer portal on a website could use some improvement (not in iframe mode). However, the Clust teams always surprise me with new features so I believe this aspect will likely be enhanced.
