It's been a positive experience that has simplified many administrative tasks. The platform is very user-friendly and the support we received during setup was excellent.
Cons
Nothing major to mention. I just had to adjust a few features to better fit our business needs.

Pros
Competency Cloud offers useful features like employee training courses, tracking their completed training, PPE issued and more. Overall these features are incredibly helpful.
Cons
The Competencies and Trades sections are not very user friendly. Also it is difficult to track an employees competency levels. It would also be helpful to have evidence of completed training like signatures. Adding a tool to track employee holidays would be a great feature too.

“simple navigation and team is open to suggestions”
Pros
I find Competency Cloud to be very simple and easy to navigate. I also like that the team is open to suggestions and new ideas when I share them. The training matrix is clear and the training pathway makes it easy to track who should be suggested for training.
Cons
Well I'd like a read receipt feature for broadcasts. I also wonder if there is a way to link broadcasts with our website updates such as having an RSS feed from our website or Twitter pages that sends out broadcasts automatically. Additionally when updating a training course, it would be helpful if there was an option to return to the specific course or employee you were working on, rather than starting from scratch and having to find it again.

“centralizing HR tasks works”
Pros
We have always faced challenges with manual records and keeping tight control over HR tasks especially when it comes to onboarding new employees, training, compliance and reviews. With Competency Cloud, we have been able to bring all of these processes together in one place allowing our staff to easily access their files.
Cons
The ability to centralize and edit forms and templates without needing to zip them would be a great improvement I think.
