I use it for creating profiles and parsing CVs. Also the interface is really user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
Unfortunately it crashes pretty often and does not save our work automatically.

Pros
The range of tools and options is really comprehensive and I like that they roll out regular updates and new features.
Cons
Ever since the company restructured and merged, the service and customer support have not been as strong. Response times are slower and it's harder to get in direct contact.
