“International support makes equity clear
Pros
We found the international support very helpful as it was easy for our global team to use and made it simple to explain equity in regions where the concept was unfamiliar. Overall the user experience is excellent and really makes the offer more attractive to candidates.
Cons
I have not noticed any issues yet as it's been fantastic so far. When we wanted more flexibility in our stock option plans, the team responded quickly and rolled out the changes.

“Easy explain value to candidates
Pros
As both a recent hire and someone who manages the system, I have used it and found it really easy to explain the value of our compensation package and benefits to others. The platform also simplifies building internal pay bands and setting up approval workflows and in my experience it delivers a consistently positive candidate experience.
Cons
To be honest I don't have any drawbacks to report as it's excellent. I would strongly recommend it for organizations of all sizes, although I think startups stand to gain the most from using it.

“Better than verbal offer explanations
Pros
It is a very simple and useful way to share compensation offers with candidates before they sign. I mean much better and clearer than trying to explain it verbally. Also showing stock projections through this tool is far more effective than just talking them through.
Cons
Personally, I don't have anything specific that I dislike about it.

Pros
Before I became CEO, I'd never worked in compensation and did not realize how important it is to clearly explain the value of equity and company goals. Once we started using Complete, it made a big difference. We stood out to candidates with multiple offers and the platform was very easy to use. Also customization was simple to do on our own and I used the analytics to track our top candidates. Looking back, the difference in how candidates respond now compared to when I used spreadsheets is night and day. Plus its interface is clean and not cluttered, and the built-in explanations save me time both now and in the future.
Cons
When I submitted a few UX suggestions, the team addressed them that very same day which impressed me and they solved the issues quickly. So no cons to share.

“Simplest platform with fast features
Pros
Having tried several talent and HR platforms over the years, we've found Complete to be by far the simplest to use. In just a few minutes we set up customizable portals for candidates and created a collaborative workflow for our hiring teams. It even grabbed our CTO's interest since they wanted clearer insight into incoming hires across the company. And I am continually impressed by the product team's pace and the features they roll out that often anticipate what we need next. There are also plenty of helpful templates that made it easy for the entire team to adopt and begin using right away.
Cons
Honestly, nothing negative to report. I find the tool far easier to use than our previous processes and it keeps everything straightforward and well organized.

Pros
Complete made it really easy to explain our long-term company goals and how equity can grow over time. I am always looking for ways to compete with public companies without confusing candidates or team members and this tool helped me do exactly that. Also it was simple to set up and helped our startup stand out among many others. So I highly recommend it and I loved how easy it was to customize everything to match our brand and values.
Cons
There weren't any real downsides that I noticed. As the team regularly followed up and ensured we were using the platform correctly and getting value from it.

“Spreadsheets eliminated with customized views
Pros
We had a client who wanted to use Complete to improve compensation transparency. Complete made it easy to set up permissions and access controls without juggling multiple spreadsheets. In just a few weeks, we rolled out customized views for employees, managers, admins and even the CEO and got everyone onboarded quickly. I also ran a short manager training to help them use the tool effectively and we stopped managing over 10 separate spreadsheets. Throughout the process, their support team was consistently helpful.
Cons
Nothing major but there are frequent feature releases, so I have to keep up with each new rollout to decide when and how to enable them for my team.

Pros
We switched to Complete and were up and running in just a few days. Both candidates and current employees took to it right away. Candidates started accepting offers the same day all thanks to how clearly everything was presented. Within our HR team, I felt more confident explaining equity and benefits, which helped us provide better education and should support stronger retention over time. Working with their team has been a pleasure too and we really appreciate how open they are about their roadmap and future plans.

Pros
At our early-stage startup, we've learned that candidates care most about the team, the culture and the impact their work will have and Complete does the best job of communicating all of that to applicants in a highly personalized way especially when we're trying to attract top-tier talent. Also the product seems thoughtfully designed and flexible and it helps my team shave time during the most critical moments of the hiring funnel.

No complaints to mention. I mean the team even provides Slack support which I find fantastic and very helpful!

Pros
Our team finds it incredibly simple to use and candidates really like it. We have saved a huge amount of time for both applicants and internal hiring managers because we now have a clear, easy way to share offers and explain our compensation approach. My colleagues are always excited to bring it into conversations with candidates!

Honestly, I can't think of any issues right now. The team always gets back to me lightning-fast with feedback.
