“Dramatically improved our accuracy
Pros
Back when we relied on spreadsheets to handle our incentive and market/merit cycle, everything felt so manual and error-prone but switching to this tool has dramatically improved both the accuracy of our final datasets and reduced the hours and stress we used to spend cleaning up Excel behind the scenes. Also the interface is easy to use and I like that the CompLogix team keeps rolling out updates to make the product better. They've been great about listening to our feedback and actually implementing our suggestions and when possible they're open to customizing features to meet our specific needs.
Cons
The one thing that still frustrates me is the hierarchy-based build as given the size of our organization and how often our structure changes, the hierarchy setup can feel pretty complicated. That said the team has been patient and extremely helpful whenever we've needed support with this aspect. They have also continued to refine and improve that functionality since we started using the software which makes me feel confident they'll keep addressing the pain points.

“Quick to setup and replaced excel processes
Pros
Setup was pretty easy and fairly quick. I had a fully functioning compensation plan ready within a month's time. We replaced our old Excel-based process with automation that really simplified the entire program. Plus the system gives excellent organizational views, useful drill-downs, proxy functionality, market data and employee history details all of which made life much easier for managers around the world. The built-in reporting and analytics are strong too and the ability to customize reports was particularly valuable.
Cons
We've been able to give continuous feedback to the team so they can adapt as our business and market requirements shift so I honestly have no complaints.

“smooth single sign-on
Pros
What I like most was how simple it was to use, plus having single sign-on made access smooth for our team.
Cons
One frustrating part was having to manually download data from our HRIS and then upload it back. As I would have preferred the option to perform multiple uploads so I could keep the data up to date.
