“best for compensation and performance
Pros
I use the platform for compensation planning, performance management, total rewards, talent management and all my compensation tools. It's become my go-to for handling every aspect of our HR processes smoothly.
Cons
The setup feels hierarchical. So I'd like to see more analytical tools that managers could use during the process.

“Cloud platform that solves spreadsheet problems

Before CompLogix my team relied on spreadsheets and constantly bumped into version control problems along with the other headaches that come from fragmented processes. Switching to a single cloud platform that our managers can use regardless of their Excel comfort level has been a total game changer. We now finish cycles faster and with greater accuracy without having to worry about which Excel file is the most current.
Cons
I have noticed the built-in analytics aren't quite as flexible or feature-rich as we need when preparing executive summaries. That said I worked with their team to add a few custom fields that we can export to Excel and manipulate there which helped bridge the gap.

Pros
With CompLogix we can customize the workflow for each event. Gathering manager feedback is easy too and creating personalized letters has completely changed how we work. I also love being able to download reports as it helps us stay on budget throughout the process.
Cons
Having switched from flat spreadsheets for tracking our compensation I honestly cannot find anything I dislike about it anymore as it's been flawless!

Pros
Our team really appreciates how this solution improved our compensation planning that used to rely entirely on spreadsheets. But now we have managed to automate multiple tasks that previously needed manual audits or upkeep. So the overall user experience stands out as a clear advantage.
Cons
There is still a lot of manual work for admins since we have not used any integrations and I am not sure if they exist. And because we have limited access to settings, adjusting the tool to fit our needs often takes multiple rounds of changes and communication. Also it can be slow but we usually end up with a setup that works.

Pros
From my experience the customer support we got combined with how user-friendly the platform is made it perfect for getting up and running quickly. Also implementing it turned out to be easier than I expected and the team helped.
Cons
I think the main area for improvement would be improving some of the customizable options so they can support more specific, unique requirements that future employers might expect.

We found CompLogix really easy to set up. Also the team listened closely to our requirements and was quick to suggest practical improvements that made the platform better for our workflows. Because the system is so configurable, we could tailor it to behave exactly the way our organization needs something we could not achieve with larger HRIS vendors. Our managers who use it have consistently reported positive experiences and helpful feedback about the interface.
Cons
Nothing major but I wish there were an integration with our HRIS because right now we have to upload data manually.

Having transitioned from a company where spreadsheets were the default method for compensation planning, I was really impressed when I first tried this tool. It was surprisingly easy to configure the tool, the team was great to collaborate with and the platform itself is user friendly while giving me the control I need to manage the system from an admin perspective. So yes I'd recommend this solution to any compensation team that's struggling to juggle the many layers of planning, tracking and executing comp cycles. I definitely won't go back to relying on spreadsheets.
Cons
I honestly cannot find anything about it that I would dislike. I am a wholehearted advocate for the product and would recommend it to everyone.

CompLogix is pretty easy to navigate and my team and I appreciated how responsive they were, delivering quick turnaround times whenever we needed assistance.
Cons
We would have liked more comprehensive reporting features and in-depth training delivered as part of the package. Other than that the product performed well. It just felt like we had to put in a lot of hands-on effort and extra setup work in those areas to get everything up and running smoothly.

“Highly configurable, adapts as business grows

When they say configuration, they really mean it. I have used Oracle and Workday and we often had to pay for expensive customizations. With CompLogix, we configure things ourselves. Plus each cycle, we adjust our rules and since my team is small, that flexibility is essential. Also the platform is not intimidating. If your processes are simple, you can keep it simple. If they are more complex, it handles that too. For example, we started by adding only job titles to merit reviews, then later used it to roll out a full job framework something our HRIS couldn't support. But the product adapts as the business grows. As we have made major changes mid-cycle like switching bonuses from fixed amounts to a percentage of base, with multiple budget categories. It helped us improve our processes and scale with the company. Their team is always great to work with. They know both the system and compensation so I always get helpful advice on our processes and setup.
Cons
I used the platform for 6 compensation processes that are merit cycles, bonus payouts, job structure implementation and I still have not been disappointed.

I like how user-friendly it is for our end users as even though we ran training sessions, most managers picked it up and started using the tool without attending the class.
Cons
We'd really like the ability to modify our own calculation formulas and be able to adjust the generated statements ourselves.

It is very easy to implement and the configuration makes it easy for users to recognize the inputs. Overall it's transparent and has noticeably improved the overall user experience.
Cons
We could not actually identify anything we disliked. Before this we were using an extremely manual, Excel-driven approach and since implementing this product the compensation workflow has become far better for administrators, employees and all users.

We find it really easy to use and it gives us the flexibility to tweak settings as our compensation philosophy evolves, helping us translate that philosophy into practical, day to day processes.
Cons
Since some of our HR leaders only support particular groups or locations, we'd love a way to grant proxy access tied to those attributes instead of relying only on the manager hierarchy.

For our team, It made it much easier to simplify the year-end compensation workflow and get rid of Excel spreadsheets. Implementing it was also easy for us as administrators because it fit with our existing processes and managers and leaders also found it user friendly throughout the planning stages. Overall I appreciated that it provided the flexibility we needed to reflect our compensation policies.

The produch it pretty easy to use and manage. Its modern interface and single, centralized dashboard let us see our compensation programs in real time and provided a convenient place to post compensation policies, bonus frameworks, guides and related docs. Plus the out of the box workflow automated approvals and gave us a practical tool for modeling compensation and building budgets. Deployment was fast too and the team stayed available, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints. The solution truly helped us move away from our old Excel-based process and streamline how we handle compensation and I would definitely recommend it to others.
