“Fast self service reporting tool”

Pros

Generating reports is something I can do quickly on my own and I find it very helpful when I need fast insights without waiting on anyone else.

Cons

Reporting and analysis features also feel a bit limited from my perspective and I find that it restricts deeper insights when I need them.
