“Outreach and engagement with students

Pros

Its really simple to use and it works great for both students and us as clients. It's become an essential part of our student engagement activities. The modules feature is especially useful for tracking and keeping students engaged with our company after meeting them at career events. The dashboard and reporting features are helpful and I also love the mentoring function. It gives us a secure way to connect students with our team members.

Cons

It would be helpful for us to have a self-service option to tweak content in the learning modules quickly. I think it would help us get things done faster but I know the team has already taken this feedback into account and plans to roll out this feature soon which is exciting. Also, it would be great to have more flexibility with the module parts like having both video and text content in the same section.

“Great way to connect with student talent

Pros

connectr is a brilliant tool. I think it's a must-have for any talent pipelining process. It's easy to set up and super simple to use, letting us create a smooth journey for students from the moment we engage with them all the way to their application. The reporting and data features help us adjust and personalize the content, making sure we keep students engaged. I've even introduced Connectr to three different organizations now.

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about the platform.

“Connectr for candidate attraction and preboarding

Pros

It's an awesome tool that's always improving. It helps us connect with potential candidates and gives them more information about us. It's been a game-changer for our candidate engagement especially for those receiving offers for our three early careers recruitment programs. It fills a gap in our candidate experience that we really needed. Plus, the Connectr team has been fantastic from day one, always offering support whenever we need it.

Cons

There's always more we'd love the platform to do but I guess we're just a bit impatient! The team listens to our feedback and works on the improvements we suggest, so we really can't ask for more. We've suggested a few other changes and the team is always eager to hear them because improving the product for us and the users is their top priority.

“Best platform for work experience

Pros

It's made our early careers talent acquisition process so much more effective. We're able to engage candidates, offer company insights and support them through the onboarding experience with interactive modules and digital buddies. The support team is also amazing, always there when we need them.

Cons

It'd be fantastic if we had a self serve feature that let us edit learning tasks and modules on our own.

Pros

This tool makes it easy to engage candidates with the right modules and they can even connect with our current employees. As an employer, all the information we need is displayed in an easy-to-follow way.

Cons

Connectr already has some great features but it would be even better if mentors could be categorized into different views for the various youth programs on a single page.

“Fresh approach to school engagement

Pros

We started using it for our school engagement strategy, making sure the students we meet at career events can be added to a talent pool and nurtured. The layout is fresh and it has tons of great features. Our favorites are the job board, modules and mentors. The reporting function is also very helpful for us.

Cons

One thing I think would be a nice addition is a virtual certificate for students or users once they've completed a module. Also, a video hub where students can watch all the video content in one place would be great.

It lets us create and fully customize engaging content. We can track the user journey and get some really useful data analytics.

Cons

It would be awesome if there was more flexibility in how we design pages. Right now, the number of layouts is limited.
