Pros
it's also cost-effective and integrates well with other systems I use. I can manage payslips, leave and timesheets in one place which covers most of what I need for day-to-day HR work. I also like that it works well both on mobile and on-premise, so I can access it without needing extra steps like VPN. It supports Azure AD login as well which makes access easier for me. Since it has different modules, I can scale it based on what my business needs and local support has been helpful when I've needed assistance.
Cons
Some of the core modules, like performance reviews and onboarding, don't feel very strong to me. Even after updates, they still look quite basic and I've also experienced occasional timeouts that can cause me to lose unsaved work which is frustrating.
