This is the most advanced system for the US staffing industry, covering both health and other areas effectively. I've found it to be incredibly useful.

Cons

It's a complete package for me which covers everything from onboarding, timesheets, payroll, invoicing and QuickBooks integration. It really simplifies things for me.

Visas and petitions, GC petitions and GC perm, these are all part of the process and really helpful for my team.

This tool is the king of all ATS tools. It's highly secure and employee friendly. I've been using this ATS for 12 years now and the customer support is outstanding. It has significantly reduced my time and costs, helping me make faster and better decisions. The VMS API integration has made staffing much easier for me and the back office work is risk free with everything integrated into one platform. Managing people through this tool is amazing and the reports are a standout feature. They make management so much easier for me and I can figure out the ROI of employees. This platform always adopts new features from the market to help reduce my team's time spent on tasks. My employees spend less time on complex tasks, making their work much simpler. Service level agreements are clear and transparent which is something I really appreciate.

Cons

So far, we haven't seen any cons. The customer support team is very knowledgeable and whenever there's an issue, they fix it within minutes. I can't even call it an error, it's just a result of incorrect user operation.

In the mass mailing option, some emails get bounced. I hope this issue is looked into and resolved soon.

This software literally saved the day for me. Whenever I need to look at an employee's profile, I feel like it's a one stop shop with everything I need, from timesheets to payroll to training modules. I just input the data and the software handles most of the work for me. I can run reports with ease, knowing I'm in good hands.

Cons

The main issue I have with this software is its speed. It runs slower than I'd like and I hope they can improve the speed so I can fully enjoy using the software.
